Your Tasks
- Coordination and monitoring of work assignments as well as cleaning processes
- Conducting regular cleaning inspections and assisting with cleaning as needed
- Receiving customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution
- Checking compliance with standard hours and controlling and distributing consumables
- Administrative personnel tasks
- Support in recruiting employees and temporary staff for holiday replacements
- Responsibility for machines, equipment, and cleaning areas
- Participation in internal training events
- Further training as a building cleaner or in household management is an advantage
- Professional experience in the FM industry, building cleaning, or household management
- Fluent German in spoken and written form, additional language skills are an advantage
- Independent and reliable
- Good knowledge of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Impeccable character
- Resident in the Schaffhausen region
- Foreign applicants need a valid residence permit C or B permit with employment
- Driver's license
