Co-Manager: Gastronomy Merian Gardens Restaurant – Villa – Events – Catering
Your tasks:
- Overall responsibility as co-manager with the operations management team for the operational running of the locations Restaurant Iris, Villa Merian, banquet and seminar areas as well as catering outlets
- Responsible for achieving targets and objectives with appropriate analysis and necessary optimisation processes
- Ensuring a smooth service process with a focus on excellent guest experience
- Host role with warm and authentic presence – you are the soul of the à la carte business
- Responsibility for quality, budget, team leadership and guest retention
- Close collaboration with management and operational support from the Berest Group
You bring with you:
- Completed training in the hospitality industry, ideally supplemented by a hotel management diploma or comparable further education
- Operating licence/innkeeper’s licence (or willingness to obtain one)
- Organisational talent with a hands-on mentality and a heart for hospitality
- Experience in the event and banquet sector as well as in team leadership
- Creativity, quality awareness, resilience – and the desire to make a difference
