What is my role?

Our client needs you as a site supervising electrician who sets the tone on site and keeps an overview. This is what awaits you:

• You independently manage your construction sites and ensure everything runs smoothly

• You lead your team with motivation and clear instructions - you are both a role model and a doer

• You keep quality, deadlines and budget under control and know where to take action

• You are the central interface to clients, planners and project managers

• You take care of material procurement and plan resources cleverly

• You pitch in yourself when it counts - rolling up your sleeves is part of it for you

• You organise, coordinate and ensure your team can work efficiently

This is not about watching from the sidelines - you are in the thick of it, driving forward and making a difference.

What do I need to be successful?

• You have successfully completed your training as an electrician EFZ

• You bring further training as a site manager or have already worked several years in a leadership role

• You know how to lead a team and can assert yourself when necessary

• You think ahead - organising, planning and acting entrepreneurially is in your blood

• You like taking responsibility and prefer working in a team rather than alone

• You hold a category B driving licence
