We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Career
Counselor (in charge of events) to join our Career Services Department. The department plays a
key role in supporting student employability and enhancing Les Roches’ global
reputation. The Career Counselor will guide students through every stage of
their career journey, from career planning to securing internships and
post-graduation opportunities. This includes organizing Career Days, company
visits, and other recruitment events, as well as sourcing career opportunities
and developing relationships with hospitality employers worldwide. The ideal
candidate will provide personalized support to students, fostering their career
development and ensuring they are prepared for successful careers in the
hospitality industry. This is a full-time position with flexibility required
for occasional weekend work, extra hours, and travel.
