Administration & Reception Specialist with a nursing background (80-100 %)

Your tasks:
- Organization and coordination of bed disposition in close cooperation with nursing
- Reception and consultation of prospective residents, including tours and room assignments
- Contact person for relatives regarding administrative and organizational concerns
- Coordination and communication with doctors, hospitals, and other external agencies
- Handling general administrative tasks (correspondence, telephone, filing, data maintenance, support of administration)
Your profile:
- Completed training in commercial or healthcare fields
- Mandatory: nursing background or several years of experience in a comparable role in healthcare (e.g., nursing home, hospital, medical practice)
- Good knowledge of healthcare processes and understanding of nursing procedures
- Experience in contact with residents, relatives, and external specialist agencies
- Very good organizational skills and a structured, independent working style
- High social competence, discretion, and empathy in dealing with elderly people
- Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with nursing software
