Tasks
- Conduct fault analyses in customer service and efficiently resolve problems
- Advise customers competently on electrical topics such as circuits and building automation
- Perform functional and safety checks of installations
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an electrician or electrical installer with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
- Several years of practical experience in electrical customer support
- Strong analytical skills for proactive fault detection
- Pronounced interest in current technologies such as All-IP, control systems, and ICT
- Confident German language skills and a category B driving licence
