On-Call Service Staff

Responsibilities

Courteous care and competent advice for guests
Execution of beverage and food service
Active sales including upselling and recommending current specials
Providing information about the offerings and advising on allergens
Independently managing a station including cash handling
Compliance with and implementation of all hygiene regulations (HACCP)

Requirements

Several years of experience in service or gastronomy
Friendly, well-groomed, and service-oriented appearance
Affinity for system gastronomy and enjoyment of structured processes
Resilience and calmness even during high guest volumes
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Good German language skills, additional languages are an advantage
