This position offers you
- You are close to our customers daily – both by phone and in writing. Here you have the opportunity to make a real impact: With an open ear, quick solutions and a personal touch, you ensure that our customers feel in good hands from the very beginning
- You take on a central coordinating role and actively shape the daily service routine: You arrange appointments with customers and plan the assignments and daily routes of our service technicians – with plenty of scope for creativity and the possibility to truly influence processes
- You are the voice that reliably accompanies our customers: You proactively inform about repair appointments and installations, thereby building trust – even where no definitive solution yet exists
- You keep an overview in a varied daily routine: Pending orders and status lists always give you a clear picture of the situation – and the scope to take action where it matters
You bring the following to the position
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and bring several years of professional experience in a comparable role – whether in scheduling, contact centre or customer service: You know the business and understand what matters
- You excel in contact with customers. You can draw on a wealth of experience in telephone customer contact and find the right tone even in difficult conversations
- You are an upbeat, communicative personality – and do not lose your composure even in hectic moments. Reliability and a positive demeanour come naturally to you
- You work independently, in a structured manner and with a high level of organisational skill – you keep several balls in the air at once without ever losing sight of the big picture
- You are proficient with common IT systems and are open to continuously expanding your knowledge
- You communicate confidently in German and French – clearly, professionally and in a partnership spirit. Additional language skills are a welcome plus
