At our six locations in the Greater Bern area, care and support oriented towards resident and palliative care is at the center. tilia operates stationary long-term living areas, specialized departments for dementia and respiratory diseases, psychiatric, neurological, and bariatric long-term care, as well as various outpatient services.

Your task
- Empathetic and professional care and support for our residents
- Make an important contribution to the quality of life of the residents and the care process
- Active participation in the daily activities of the residents
- Perform household tasks and assist with material management
Our requirements
- Joy in the nursing profession and sensitivity in dealing with elderly people in need of care and their relatives
- High affinity for caring for people
- Nursing assistant SRK, health & social assistant or equivalent
- Good oral and written German skills and understanding of Swiss German
- Responsible, team-oriented, and resilient personality
