Then you are right with us.As an Assistant Event Manager, you are the right hand of our Event Manager and shape exclusive events – from elegant gala dinners, exclusive weddings to international business meetings.
- You accompany the entire planning process – from the first inquiry through offer creation to operational implementation and follow-up.
- You are the personal contact for guests and partners: briefings, change requests, tours, and professional aftercare are part of your repertoire.
- Administrative excellence: creation of offers, confirmations and invoices, booking and control of all events as well as budget monitoring.
- Internal coordination: You ensure clear, timely communication between F&B, housekeeping, technical services, reception and external service providers.
- Operational responsibility on the event day: leading the event team, monitoring schedules, quality and guest care – you keep the overview.
- Quality management & innovation: You optimize processes, bring in creative concepts and observe market trends to continuously refine our events.

Who you are
- Experience at the highest level: Several years of professional experience in event coordination in 5-star hotels or luxury gastronomy
- Excellent language skills: German (native or fluent) and very good English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Organizational talent with attention to detail: Structured working method, pronounced multitasking skills and a confident eye for priorities.
- Host with passion: Appearance and communication at the highest service level, empathy and a feel for demanding guests.
- Resilience and the ability to prioritize well
- Digital affinity: Confident handling of event management systems, MS Office and internal hotel programs.
- Discretion & hands-on mentality: You always act confidentially, remain resilient and pitch in practically when it counts.
