Your new tasks

• Manage and coordinate security and connectivity system projects in French-speaking Switzerland
• Ensure follow-up of updates, upgrades and license renewals within contracts
• Plan human, software and hardware resources necessary for projects
• Ensure coordination between clients, technical teams and internal partners
• Supervise connectivity of electronic security systems (video surveillance, access control)
• Deploy and maintain digital solutions and new technologies such as Building X, Security Manager
• Be the main point of contact for key clients and ensure a close relationship
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets and quality standards
• Participate in digitalisation and process optimisation initiatives
• Train end users and provide effective technical support

Your talents and experience

• Technical or engineering diploma in electricity, automation, IT or equivalent (HES / ES)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing technical projects, ideally in security, automation or connected systems
• Good knowledge of enterprise IT networks such as Domain, Windows server, Active Directory, SQL etc.
• Experience with Building X solutions is an asset
• Good command of standard IT tools
• Proactive, communicative and client-oriented personality with a strong team spirit
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Excellent communication skills in French and good knowledge of English
• Ideally residing in the canton of Vaud or the Lausanne region
