About the job
We offer a central, varied and exciting role in a modern, human-scale industrial space, including the following activities:
- Ensure coordination of production flows and monitoring of manufacturing orders
- Identify critical positions and contribute to streamlining the industrial space
- Optimise planning and resource utilisation
- Manage and programme a FANUC CRX-10iAL collaborative robot
- Collaborate with the manufacturer to optimise solutions
- Identify automation opportunities in collaboration with department heads
- Participate in the digitalisation and evolution of industrial tools
- Design and monitor various lean projects to improve the quality of life for production staff
- Develop positioning/template systems for parts to be produced
- Provide occasional assistance to production when needed
We require
- Technical training (Federal diploma, ES Technician, CFC with additional training)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an industrial environment
- Good knowledge of programming languages (ISO)
- Experience with an ERP system is an advantage
- Analytical and productivity-oriented mindset
- Curious, autonomous, proactive and collaborative personality
