Garden Sales Advisor (m/f/d)

Mission

You perform your role in the Garden sector in the departments of garden machinery, composts and outdoor landscaping, etc.
You advise our customers, make the store attractive and carefully manage the assortment of the various departments
You ensure the control and display of merchandise according to internal presentation concepts
You place orders and provide after-sales service by handling customer requests and complaints
You assist in other store areas when needed

You have recognised training in the Garden field, such as horticulture or landscaping, or have several years of experience in similar sectors
You demonstrate good organisational skills, are effective on the ground and able to work under pressure
You speak perfect French and enjoy interacting with customers, with their satisfaction as your motivation
You know how to take initiative and your interpersonal skills allow you to work easily in a team and quickly adapt to your entire professional environment
You are physically fit and handling goods poses no problem, and you can offer flexibility in working hours
