Clerk Central Services (60 - 100 %) to start immediately or by arrangement.
Areas of responsibility
As an employee in Central Services, you can expect varied and interesting activities in diverse areas of municipal administration. The main tasks include:
First point of contact for residents with telephone and counter service
Independent management of the residents' register (Innosolv)
Management of the general email inbox and support in updating the website
Practical trainer
Collaboration in the areas of citizenship, division office, and AHV branch office
Various tasks in Central Services
Your profile
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally in a public administration, and have knowledge in the areas of resident services and counter and telephone service.
In addition, you have experience with training according to BiVo 23 or are willing to take a course.
You are characterized by teamwork, politeness, flexibility, and assertiveness and work independently, reliably, and service-oriented. In addition, you have fluency in oral and written expression and enjoy contact with the population, authorities, and offices. Knowledge of using CMI and Innosolv as well as foreign language skills are desirable.
