About the job
At Julius Baer, we celebrate and value the individual qualities you bring, enabling you to be impactful, to be entrepreneurial, to be empowered, and to create value beyond wealth. Let’s shape the future of wealth management together.
At Julius Baer, data is a strategic asset that powers better decision-making across the Bank. The Global Data Platform (GDP) serves as the central, strategic source of harmonised, high-quality data for analytics and insight generation across the organisation. As we continue to strengthen the Bank’s data and analytics capabilities, we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Adoption & Engagement Champion to help us drive user engagement and improve the overall experience of working with the GDP.
In this role, you will act as a link between technical teams who build and maintain the platform, and business users who rely on it daily. You will play a key part in promoting the value of the GDP, supporting colleagues through change, and ensuring their voices are heard in ongoing platform developments. This is an ideal opportunity for someone eager to grow in the fields of data, digital transformation, and change management — gaining hands-on experience in a high-visibility area during a period of significant development.
IHRE AUFGABEN
-
Serve as a primary point of contact for business users of the GDP, proactively engaging with them to understand needs, pain points, and expectations
-
Assist new use cases during onboarding onto the GDP
-
Act as a trusted liaison between business functions and technical teams, translating requirements into clear inputs for development and communicating technical constraints back in business-friendly language
-
Champion the end-user perspective throughout project lifecycles — from concept through implementation — to ensure that usability remains top-of-mind
-
Facilitate resolution of data-related incidents by coordinating with source system owners to help clarify impacts and timelines for affected users and prioritize preventative measures such as business data quality checks
YOUR PROFILE
We believe the right mindset matters most. This role demands curiosity about data systems, empathy for both technical and non-technical audiences, and a passion for making complex topics accessible and actionable. In return offers various growth trajectories within the GDP team.
Whether you started your journey in tech and want to strengthen your engagement with the business or whether you come from a business background and want to move into a more tech-focused role, this opportunity is for you!
