Your tasks:
Active support in the organization and planning of our major trade fair in February 2026. You will take on, among other things:- Support in the planning, preparation, and follow-up of trade fair appearances
- Coordination of various sub-projects and interfaces with internal teams and external service providers
- Independent research and organization of promotional materials, giveaways, printed materials, etc.
- Support in the creation of presentations, briefings, timelines, and checklists
- General organizational tasks in the area of project and event management
- Participation in the creation of social media content
Your profile:
- Enrolled student in the field of marketing, business administration, communication, or a comparable course of study
- First experiences in project management (e.g., through internships or university projects)
- Distinct organizational talent and structured, independent working style
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written (C1/C2)
- Good MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint & Excel
- Willingness to travel in February 2026 (for our major trade fair)
