Coordinator for the Master’s Programme Changing Societies (50%)

Your Tasks

• Planning and coordinating the programme’s course offerings and liaising with university bodies on a semester-by-semester basis.
• Processing admission applications and responding to enquiries from prospective students.
• Advising and supporting students in all study-related matters, including at the start and completion of their studies.
• Promoting exchange between students, lecturers, and the department’s academic divisions.
• Organising information and networking events for the programme.
• Creating and updating (online) informational materials and documents for the programme.
• Working closely with the department management and administration, and participating in committees and meetings.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree, preferably in social sciences.
• Confident use of common IT applications (M365; CMS knowledge is an advantage).
• Excellent German and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong service orientation, enjoyment of community building, and interest in the further development of the departmental Master’s programme Changing Societies.
• Advisory skills, especially in an international environment.
• High communication and social skills as well as confidential handling of sensitive topics.
• Independent, structured, and efficient working style with organisational talent.
