Skills
- SRK caregiver training with experience in long-term care preferred.
- Strong social skills, flexibility, and reliability.
- Good German language proficiency, both written and spoken.

Your tasks:
- Active assistance in providing resident- and needs-oriented care for our residents in all day services
- Ensuring comprehensive and individual care and support
- Compliance with care quality
- Support for nursing staff in their tasks
- Entries in the electronic care documentation
- Completion of housekeeping tasks
- Training as a care assistant SRK
- Professional experience in long-term care or in the field of dementia desired
- Enjoyment in dealing with experienced, care-dependent elderly people
- High social competence, flexibility, and reliability
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
