Our approximately 1,200 employees care for around 11,500 inpatients and over 70,000 outpatients each year. More than 27,500 people are treated annually in the interdisciplinary emergency centre.For our Surgical Clinic we are looking for a Medical Secretary/MPA from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement.
Your Tasks
- Interesting own area with responsibility for the vein consultation
- Assistance with minor procedures in the vein consultation
- Generating consultation and operation reports (speech recognition system)
- Taking on administrative tasks of the Surgical Clinic
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant or Medical Secretary
- Experience in consultation organisation and reporting
- Willingness to assist in the vein consultation
- Independent, structured and efficient working style
- Good knowledge of English
