Commercial Apprentice CFC Training

About the job

Attached to various administrative departments of HETSL, the apprentice progressively develops the skills outlined in the CFC training plan through varied and concrete tasks. This training notably enables them to:

• work in a dynamic, stimulating, and constantly evolving professional environment;
• collaborate with a variety of interlocutors and work as part of a team within the different departments of the University of Applied Sciences;
• participate in the monitoring and organisation of administrative activities;
• contribute to the quality of reception and relations with the HETSL community (students, teachers, partners, and external visitors);
• use digital tools and IT technologies necessary for administrative and management activities.

• Completed compulsory schooling;
• Good skills in French and languages (German and English);
• Strong interest in administrative tasks and the functioning of an organisation in the social work field;
• Organisational skills, rigour, and respect for deadlines;
• Ease in oral and written communication;
• Enjoyment of teamwork and a service-oriented attitude;
• Curiosity, autonomy, and motivation to learn;
• Comfortable with basic office tools (Word, Excel, etc.);

Working conditions are governed by the Staff Regulations of the University of Applied Sciences of Social Work and Health Lausanne and are similar to the employment conditions within the State of Vaud. The University of Applied Sciences offers a welcoming and stimulating working environment.
