Construction Manager or Junior Construction Manager for a Major Project in Engadin, 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Depending on your training and experience, you will either take on the construction management or support the construction management as a junior
• For around 2-3 years, you will oversee a major project in the Zuoz area, then return to construction projects in the St. Gallen area
• You will independently prepare the specifications and manage the tendering and awarding process
• You will also accompany the realisation of the work on site throughout the entire construction phase
• In cooperation with the project management, you will optimise processes, create the schedule and monitor costs as well as compliance with contractual conditions
• The workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have a degree as an architect, construction manager, construction technician, site manager, foreman or equivalent (m/f/d)
• A background in construction trades as a carpenter or joiner is an advantage but not a requirement
• As a construction manager, you also have several years of experience with complex construction projects, ideally in mountain regions
• Sound knowledge of Swiss construction law, procedures and relevant standards is also required
• Ideally, you live in the St. Gallen or Zurich area and are willing to move to a mountain region during the week for 2-3 years
• You can also demonstrate good IT skills and knowledge of industry software
• Do you consider yourself assertive and communicative with a proactive working style?
