What is my role?

• Processing and coordinating customer orders

• Creating and maintaining internal order documents

• Deadline monitoring and tracking ongoing orders

• Control and coordination of orders

• Communication with customers, suppliers and internal departments

• Close collaboration with production, quality management and management

• Procurement of materials, purchased parts and services

• Obtaining, comparing and negotiating supplier offers and prices

• Maintaining master data and relevant information in the ERP system

• Contributing to a reliable and practical supply chain

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical basic training, preferably in metalworking or as a polymechanic with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)

• Several years of professional experience in production planning, manufacturing planning or a comparable technical function

• Further education at tertiary level advantageous (e.g. process specialist)

• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style

• Very good German language skills, spoken and written

• Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems

• Communicative, independent and practical personality

• Enjoyment of technical tasks
