- Experience in training learners or adults in energy sector.

Your Tasks
- Planning courses for network electrician apprentices within AEW Energie AG as well as inter-company courses (ÜKNE) in Lenzburg for the Northeast Switzerland region.
- Organization and management of refresher and further training courses for network electricians (switching courses, Aruns and others)
- Development of course materials
- Material management for courses and training
- Evaluation and further development of the courses
- Participation in working groups
Your Profile
- Basic electrical engineering training, preferably network electrician
- Professional examination desired or willingness to take it
- Professional experience in the environment of an energy supplier
- Experience in training apprentices and/or adults
- Driver's license category B
- Pedagogical and didactic skills
