The Adelheid Clinic with 140 beds stands as a leading rehabilitation center in Central Switzerland for the highest quality in patient care. The range of services includes inpatient rehabilitation for musculoskeletal, neurological, internal-oncological, and geriatric patients. The clinic is located in a stunning position above Lake Ägeri and is a company of the Non-Profit Society Zug.
We are looking for you as the first point of contact for our patients for non-medical requests:

You are a host/-ess in an extraordinary moment. The satisfaction of our patients is your top priority, and you are the communicative link between the clinic and the patients.
Your main tasks
- Coordination of patient admissions from Monday to Friday
- Accompanying patients during the admission process, including the associated administration
- Patient visits during their stay
- Complaint management
Your profile
- Experience in healthcare or hospitality
- Clear communication and good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Well-groomed appearance
- Well-organized, structured, and service-oriented working style
- Physical and mental resilience
- Reliable, solution-oriented, and empathetic
- Confident handling of IT programs
