The range of services includes inpatient rehabilitation for musculoskeletal, neurological, internal-oncological, and geriatric patients. The clinic is located in a stunning position above Lake Ägeri and is a company of the Non-Profit Society Zug.

We are looking for you as the first point of contact for our patients for non-medical requests:

Care

You are a host/-ess in an extraordinary moment. The satisfaction of our patients is your top priority, and you are the communicative link between the clinic and the patients.

Your main tasks

• Coordination of patient admissions from Monday to Friday
• Accompanying patients during the admission process, including the associated administration
• Patient visits during their stay
• Complaint management

Your profile

• Experience in healthcare or hospitality
• Clear communication and good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Well-groomed appearance
• Well-organized, structured, and service-oriented working style
• Physical and mental resilience
• Reliable, solution-oriented, and empathetic
• Confident handling of IT programs
