Team Lead HR Business Partner (m/f/d), 90 - 100%

Your contribution to our team

Do you want to actively shape HR and make a real impact on the business? Then you are exactly right with us. In this responsible role, you take on a central position at the interface between HR, management and organisation. You lead a small team in HR Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition professionally and develop it purposefully.

As a sparring partner, you advise managers on demanding leadership and personnel issues and also accompany complex situations with sensitivity and solution orientation. At the same time, you drive the further development of HR processes and tools and ensure their added value for the business.

You work operationally as well as conceptually along the entire employee life cycle and contribute to local as well as international HR initiatives. You are also responsible for recruitment in your area of responsibility and ensure a high quality throughout the selection process.

Your profile

• Further training in HR (Federal HR Specialist Certificate or similar)
• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a dynamic organisation in a growth phase, ideally with national responsibility and group interfaces
• Experience in professional leadership of HR Business Partnering teams as well as in recruitment
• Strong consulting skills and entrepreneurial thinking; you act as a sparring partner on equal footing
• High degree of independence: you work in a structured way, prioritise confidently and proactively acquire new topics/know-how
• Strength in handling complex HR cases (labour law/case management) as well as in process and project work
• Affinity for numbers & systems (e.g. HR reporting/controlling; experience with SAP SuccessFactors and Abacus)
• Very good German and English for collaboration within the group (French/Italian an advantage)
