Machine Operator (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Independent setup, operation and monitoring of various production systems, including extruder, coating, stranding and cabling machines
• Provision of required raw materials based on production orders and parts lists
• Adjustment and fine-tuning of machine parameters according to production specifications and recipes
• Execution and documentation of quality checks and attenuation measurements during the manufacturing process
• Handover of produced coils including complete production documentation to the next process step
• Carrying out cleaning, maintenance and simple servicing tasks on the equipment
• Participation in the implementation of 5S standards and support of a continuous improvement process based on shopfloor key figures

Your Profile

• Completed technical or mechanical vocational training, for example as a plastics technologist, plant operator or in a comparable profession
• Experience in operating and setting up industrial production equipment
• Technical understanding as well as an independent, reliable and quality-conscious working style
• Willingness to work in a 4-shift system
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Strong colour vision; knowledge in Lean Management or 5S is an advantage
