Branch Manager 100% (M/F)

Mission:

• A true entrepreneur from the La Chaux-de-Fonds region, you ensure the development and promotion of Groupe E's services on the market by offering sustainable energy solutions to clients and prescribers (public authorities, industry, crafts and private sector)
• Lead a team of about fifteen employees and apprentices (communication, management, planning and development) to guarantee the branch's performance according to defined objectives
• Plan, organise, coordinate and control the sites, activities and objectives of the branch with your team of project managers
• Keep up to date with new developments and technical evolution in the field of building technology
• Participate in the preparation of offers and negotiate awards
• Identify staffing needs, internal development opportunities and collaborate in recruiting employees in accordance with current procedures

Profile:

• Holder of a federal project manager certificate and ideally a federal master electrician installer or equivalent training
• Excellent mastery of project financial monitoring
• Proven experience in personnel management
• Excellent knowledge of the economic fabric of the La Chaux-de-Fonds region
• Sense of responsibility, anticipation, autonomy, proactivity
