What you can achieve
- Leadership, organisation and further development of the regional Safety & Security Organisation East with several locations and assigned Safety & Security Officers
- Ensuring uniform implementation of group-wide requirements, standards and processes in the areas of Safety, Security, Environment, Crisis Management and Business Continuity Management
- Responsibility for operational control as well as continuous optimisation of the security organisation and regional processes
- Conducting safety inspections, risk analyses, audits and vulnerability analyses as well as follow-up of defined measures
- Responsibility for emergency, crisis and incident management including planning and conducting exercises as well as coordination of events
- Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and internal requirements in the areas of Safety, Security and Environment
- Advising and supporting managers and locations in all matters of security, risk, environmental and crisis management
- Collaboration with authorities, emergency services, customers and other internal and external stakeholders
- Integration of security, environmental and business continuity requirements into projects, operations and change initiatives as well as support for sustainability initiatives
- Planning and awareness measures and exercises to promote a sustainable safety and risk culture
What you bring with you
- Higher education (HF/FH/Uni) or equivalent qualification in the fields of Security, Risk Management, Environment, Facility Management or Business Administration
- Several years of leadership and professional experience (at least 5 years) in Corporate Security, Safety, Crisis Management or a comparable security organisation
- Extensive experience in leading teams as well as managing decentralised organisational units
- Very good knowledge in the areas of physical security, occupational safety, risk management, emergency and crisis management
- Practical experience in audits, risk and vulnerability analyses as well as incident and emergency management
- Confident handling of authorities, emergency services and internal and external stakeholders
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills as well as a structured, solution-oriented working style
- High resilience, decisiveness, integrity and sense of responsibility even in crisis situations
- Fluent German, good English skills (min. B2) and good Italian skills for successful collaboration in the East region
