Polyclinic, emergency, outpatient care, hospitalizations: from birth to old age, the Morges Hospital offers a wide range of care services. The facility has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with about 1,500 births per year, and nearly 30,000 emergency consultations. In total, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practiced within its walls for over 150 years. We are looking for a:
Pediatric Nurse (M/F) at 100%
For our pediatric service which includes neonatology, pediatric emergencies, and pediatric hospitalizations.
The position includes days, nights, and mostly 12-hour weekend shifts.

YOU HAVE
- A HES nursing diploma, or recognized equivalent foreign CRS diploma.
- Successful experience in a similar role within a neonatology and pediatrics service.
- Training in breastfeeding is an asset.
- The willingness to work initially in the hospitalization sector.
- Versatility and excellent stress management skills allowing you to work across our three pediatric units (emergency, pediatric service, neonatology).
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- A sense of multidisciplinary teamwork and being an active part of the team and projects.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Ensure triage of patients aged 0 to 16 years presenting in non-life-threatening emergency situations.
- Care for pediatric emergency and hospitalized patients aged 0 to 16 years.
- Anticipate, plan, organize, and provide quality care with kindness and dexterity.
- Develop personalized care objectives with the child, their relatives, and the multidisciplinary team, based on collected data and considering a global therapeutic project.
- Systematically and continuously assess the clinical condition of children.
