About the job
What you can achieve
- You independently manage and advise the retail sales points and smaller accounts assigned to you in Eastern Switzerland and Graubünden, maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- You ensure a strong presence of our brands at the point of sale and professionally implement sales activities, assortment guidelines, and new products.
- You arrange and execute secondary placements, displays, and other POS activities to make our brands visible.
- You actively support sales points with promotions, campaigns, and sales-enhancing measures.
- You plan your sales territory efficiently, utilise potentials purposefully, and ensure sustainable customer development.
- You monitor market and competitor developments and contribute valuable impulses for the further development of our business.
What you bring with you
- You have solid experience in retail and are familiar with the processes and challenges at the point of sale.
- With your engaging personality, confident demeanour, and sales skills, you inspire customers and build long-term partnerships.
- Experience in field service ideally complements your profile and helps you to be successful quickly in our sales territory.
- You work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented manner, and organise your sales territory efficiently.
- You use digital tools confidently and understand a well-maintained CRM as an important basis for your sales success.
- Experience in the FMCG environment is an advantage. However, it is much more important to us that you understand retail and enjoy direct customer contact.
- You live in the region, ideally know it well, and enjoy being out and about in your sales territory.
