In our external residential group 4, we support people with cognitive disabilities in 7 apartments in the Winterthur-Töss district.
You too can get involved from 1 August or by arrangement as a 

• Care Specialist
• Career changer with experience in our professional field

• You promote the residents in their personal development and self-determination in all areas of social life.
• You accompany the residents in living together, planning everyday challenges, and managing their household.
• You assist the residents in organising their leisure time.
• You support the residents, where necessary, with minor nursing tasks.
• You work interdisciplinarily with internal foundation departments, relatives, legal representatives, medical professionals, and the wider social environment.
• You maintain the client documentation in RedLine.

• Because you have experience in dealing with people with cognitive disabilities.
• Because you bring a professional and appreciative attitude towards our clients.
• Because you are responsible and willing to take on irregular work shifts, weekend and public holiday duties, as well as night on-call duties (with compensation).
• Because you want to be an important part of a team and actively help shape processes.
