Your Challenge
- Performing administrative tasks (telephone, mail, accounts receivable, etc.)
- Generating service orders in the ERP system
- Service disposition (heating and sanitation)
- General office and secretarial tasks including reception
Your Profile
- Successfully completed vocational training in the commercial sector (ideal for career re-starters)
- Several years of professional experience in this field
- Affinity for the building technology industry (HVAC) would be an advantage
- Resilient as well as team- and customer-oriented personality, who maintains an overview even in hectic situations
