The Brühlgut Foundation supports and promotes people with disabilities and offers them 134 residential places, 319 work and employment places, as well as around 40 training places in Winterthur. It operates an occupational and physiotherapy practice for people from infancy to adulthood as well as three integrative daycare centers.
Early Childhood Care Specialist 60-70%
With us, you will find a meaningful position: Do you want to actively support the development of toddlers (up to two and a half years old) with your expertise and passion and contribute to a dedicated team? Starting January 1, 2026, at the Spielberg daycare center in Brühlberg.
HOW?
- You care for and support toddlers (up to two and a half years old) with and without disabilities together with a certified Early Childhood Care Specialist EFZ.
- You work with parents and maintain contacts with internal and external professional agencies.
- You collaborate with other daycare groups from the respective locations.
- You support cross-departmental events.
- You supervise interns and apprentices.

- Because you have completed training as a certified Early Childhood Care Specialist EFZ.
- Because you have experience in guiding and supporting interns and apprentices.
- Because you bring organizational skills and flexibility.
- Because you have good IT skills and knowledge of MS Office.
- Because you communicate confidently in German, both orally and in writing.
