About the job

• you analyse financial processes and identify potentials for AI and automation
• you develop and implement automation solutions for accounting, controlling, payroll, reporting and other finance processes
• you deploy generative AI, AI agents and workflow automation purposefully and bring solutions from prototype to productive use
• you automate recurring analyses, controls and data preparations, thereby improving efficiency and quality
• you integrate existing systems, data sources and interfaces into your solutions and develop reusable approaches
• you work closely with finance, the AI accelerator, data and ICT and support finance teams in using AI in their daily work

• you have practical experience in developing and productively implementing automation, data or AI solutions
• you are familiar with generative AI, AI agents and workflow automation and have practical knowledge of SQL, Python or comparable technologies
• you understand APIs, interfaces, data models and system integrations and can technically integrate existing systems into solutions
• you have a solid basic understanding of finance processes in accounting, controlling and ideally payroll
• you have training or a degree in computer science, business informatics, data science, engineering or a comparable qualification
• you work analytically and solution-oriented, enjoy implementing yourself and approach new technologies with curiosity and initiative
