Polymechanic for Toolmaking

Activities

Programming and manufacturing of prototypes as well as series tools
Monitoring, analysing and optimising manufacturing processes
Technical support of the mould shop team (turning, milling, eroding)
Maintenance, care and proper operation of the machinery
Ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines and continuous improvement

Requirements

Completed training as a polymechanic with CNC experience
Experience in tool manufacturing (ideally for rubber moulded parts)
Good knowledge of CAD/CAM programming
Analytical, solution-oriented and structured way of working
Teamwork skills, flexibility as well as good German language skills and perfect eyesight
