To strengthen our team, we are looking for a competent and experienced person as Product Expert 100% (m/f) for our Winterthur branch starting March 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Customer support in the area of vehicle functionality: first point of contact for questions regarding vehicle functions
- Product support "Mercedes me": showing customers product possibilities and functionalities
- Maintenance of customer accounts
- Collaboration with the importer
- Active participation in marketing campaigns as well as events and exhibitions
- Active support of the sales team
Your profile
- Completed basic training in retail or commercial training with a technical flair
- Valid category B driving license
- German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good oral English skills
- Independent, careful, and efficient working style
- Cheerful, communicative, motivated, and flexible personality
- Team player with high commitment and networked thinking
