Pre-HEG/HES intern for the Internal Medicine Service

This internship is intended for students who must demonstrate one year of prior professional practice to enter a HES (HEG, HES-SO tourism sector, ESP) or any other higher education institution.

As an intern, you contribute to the smooth running of the Administrative Unit of the Internal Medicine Service.

Within this dynamic sector, your tasks include preparing documents and letters, as well as monitoring and processing various data. You will thus gain a comprehensive view of the processes and administrative management practices specific to a public institution.

Mission

• You write and monitor files, reports, minutes, and correspondence
• You check, classify, archive, and update the various service documents
• You welcome and inform clients, patients, users, or partners, both in person and by telephone
• You organise and coordinate agendas, work meetings, and room bookings
• You participate in the recruitment of administrative staff
• You manage and update the service's intranet site
• You contribute to the implementation and monitoring of the service's various projects
• You participate in the administrative and financial management of the service.

Profile

• You have a maturity certificate meeting the admission requirements of a HEG or HES
• You appreciate teamwork and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
• You demonstrate a logical, rigorous, and methodical mindset
• You have a good capacity for memorising and assimilating information
• You stand out for your dynamism, proactivity, and flexibility
• You attach great importance to confidentiality and the secure handling of data.
