Job Description

The versatile chambermaid/chamberman is considered the right hand of the General Housekeeper. They assimilate and learn everything related to the various tasks of their superior and assist them in all work obligations.

As a versatile chambermaid/chamberman, they must:

Delegate responsibilities perfectly
Participate in general management meetings in the absence of their superior
Be available and accessible to their colleagues
Be known for being ready to set an example. They help their colleagues
Work irregular hours with breaks
Clean the rooms

As a versatile chambermaid/chamberman, they perform the following functions with clients, they must:

Continuously ensure that clients receive a service corresponding to the standards set for an establishment of this category
Be attentive to every detail and constantly monitor the cleanliness of the entire establishment
Supervise all floral decoration of our establishment in collaboration with their superior

Qualifications

Desired Profile:

Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) specialist in hospitality
Proven experience in a similar position in a high-end establishment
Be rigorous, organised, methodical
Very good command of French and good knowledge of English
Have team spirit
Be creative and proactive
