We are currently recruiting for a micro-structure specialised in ASD hosting three residents with complex needs. Here, care, individualised support and daily presence play an essential role in the quality of life of the residents.

What you will experience with us:

Your main tasks:

• Support residents daily and provide basic and specific care adapted to the residents’ needs
• Implement and monitor the individualised projects of the beneficiaries
• Participate in maintaining team dynamics within a multidisciplinary work framework.

Your ideal profile:

• Educator diploma from a recognised social school or holder of a CFC in social care with desired professional experience in autism or intellectual disability
• Experience or strong interest in autism and complex behavioural situations
• Motivation to learn and develop through targeted continuing education
• Team spirit and resilience in demanding situations.
