Your tasks
Support as assistant to chief physicians
Appointment coordination, administrative and organisational matters
Organisation of training and further education events and functions, planning/organisation of meetings
Support of department management in monitoring third-party funding for scientific studies
Processing of expense claims, invoices, etc.
Preparation and support for presentations and projects
Collaboration with the "Secretariat Chief Physicians & Department Management" of the departments "Rehabilitation & Neurology" and "Dementia Disorders"
Organisation and minute-taking for the Medical Executive Committee
Support with administrative tasks in the areas of personnel, finance, and contracts

Your profile
Completed training as chief physician secretary or several years of professional experience in a comparable environment
Confident German correspondence
Good English skills, spoken and written
Very good PC skills, especially MS Office
