• You teach at bachelor and master levels and impart good craftsmanship to the students and provide artistically inspiring lessons.
• You lead workshops and engage in projects of the departments.
• You complement the E-Bass Jazz department with a distinctive artistic profile.
• You continuously develop your teaching content within the curricula and attend the corresponding further training offers.

• You teach subject didactics for E-Bass Jazz in the master’s degree program Music Pedagogy instrumental/vocal.
• You individually supervise and accompany the students' internships.
• You participate in the related examination activities.

• A completed artistic-pedagogical degree in the subject E-Bass (Master in Music Pedagogy or equivalent qualification)
• Distinctive artistic national and international reputation
• Artistic versatility
• Several years of concert experience
• Proven several years of teaching experience at public music schools with various age and training levels as well as experience in different teaching forms
• Teaching experience at university level desirable
• Good networking with music schools in Central Switzerland.
• Specific subject didactic concepts and a pronounced ability to reflect and analyze didactic actions.
• Openness and interest in engaging with scientific questions
• Ability to work in a team and willingness for broad content collaboration within the institute
