About the job

With your tasks, FORTYSEVEN also becomes a haven of enjoyment

• You support our service team in the restaurant operation on an hourly wage basis and ensure with your warm, attentive and service-oriented manner that our guests feel completely comfortable at FORTYSEVEN.
• You look after our guests in the self-service restaurant, take orders on our daybeds, serve food and drinks, and ensure a personal, friendly and professional service quality.
• You actively prepare the service, carry out mise-en-place tasks, restock goods, keep the guest area clean and assist with general cleaning and tidying tasks.
• You work closely with your colleagues in service, the kitchen and other areas so that our guests can enjoy a coherent and holistic experience.
• You support the team with clearing away, restocking, simple back-office tasks as well as compliance with our hygiene, HACCP and quality standards.
• From September, we are introducing a new restaurant concept with hybrid service. This will additionally expand your responsibilities to active service of our guests in the à la carte service.
• In the new concept, you advise our guests on food and drinks, respond to requests, take orders correctly and contribute to making the restaurant visit a positive experience.

What I wish for from you

• You have already gained experience in service, gastronomy, hospitality or a comparable guest area.
• Experience in à la carte service is an advantage, especially with regard to our new hybrid service concept from September.
• If you have little service experience, this is not a disqualifying factor. What matters is your motivation, willingness to learn, a natural sense of hospitality and enjoyment in contact with people.
• You have very good German language skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• You want to work flexibly on an hourly wage basis, depending on demand, availability, scheduling and business volume.
• Working on weekends, public holidays and in shifts is generally possible for you.
• You work cleanly, reliably and comply with hygiene, quality and safety standards.
• You are physically resilient and enjoy an active working day with lots of movement.

• You must like people and enjoy enabling guests to have a positive experience.
• You are friendly, attentive, courteous and have a natural service orientation.
• You enjoy working in a team and support wherever help is needed.
• You are flexible, resilient and keep an overview even during busy service times.
• You like to pitch in, see work and do not wait for each task to be assigned individually.
• You are open to change and enjoy actively supporting our new restaurant concept from September.
• You like a varied working day where guest contact, service, preparation and teamwork come together.

Your salary

The hourly wage depends on experience, qualification and is determined according to internal salary guidelines.
