Customer Relationship Management
• Manages the installation environment during assembly activities
• Manages communication with the customer on site during daily assembly and logistics measures
Project Management
• Responsible for the safe, high-quality, and timely assembly of equipment according to the KONE assembly procedures during the assembly process
• Responsible for reporting assembly progress to the assembly manager.
• Ensures that bottlenecks or damages are reported and replacement parts are ordered as early as possible
• Ensures that assembly tools are in safe and proper condition
• Ensures the safety of delivered equipment through correct storage and use on site
• Communicates with the construction company to prevent interruptions in assembly work
• Is familiar with the A.M. manual and knows updates of the field service communication letters
• Responsible for a safe working environment within the scope of assembly activities including storage areas
Delivery
• Responsible for receiving, inspecting, and storing materials
• Carries out assembly according to established procedures and schedule
• Submits time tracking documents, quality feedback forms as well as warranty claims for materials
• Contributes to the continuous improvement of the product through feedback to the supply line
Leadership Skills / Personnel Management
• May be tasked by the team leader to provide training/coaching for apprentices and assistants.
