Who are we?

An engineering company with three offices in Switzerland and one in Poland. We passionately develop innovative solutions for ventilation, heating and cooling, lighting, and all other systems that a building needs. Every year, 2-3 freshly graduated building technology planners complete their apprenticeship with us. At our location in Bern, at Brunnmattstrasse 24, we offer a new training position in the field of ventilation starting August 2026.

In our apprenticeship, you will learn...

To professionally plan and calculate modern ventilation systems. Our experienced team is always there to support you. Over the four years of your apprenticeship, you will develop step by step into the sought-after specialist who contributes with clever solutions to reduce energy consumption and make the future more sustainable. 

Your focus areas

• You calculate ventilation systems and learn about the legal regulations
• You create detail plans and diagrams using 3D drawing programs as a basis for the construction of ventilation systems
• You assist with tenders and compare offers from different companies
• Sometimes you visit construction sites and exchange ideas with the installation team, architects, and construction management
• You are present when the finished system is put into operation and its functionality is checked 💪
• During your apprenticeship, you will additionally attend vocational school and inter-company courses 1-2 days a week 
• You will have the opportunity to apply your theoretical knowledge practically: throughout the entire apprenticeship, you will regularly complete internships on the construction site or in the workshop

What you should bring

• You enjoy math, geometry, and technical drawing
• You have an interest in technical contexts and enjoy working on the computer
• You have an eye for detail and work precisely
• You are curious, open, and creative
• You have good German language skills
