INTERNSHIP – Sales Team Support – Chanel Corner, Perfumes and Beauty, Globus Geneva - 12/01/2025 - 12/31/2025
Main Mission
Welcome and assist customers by offering attention and personalized service;
Contribute to the excellence of the customer experience, learn the techniques of our tailor-made services (makeup, skincare application, perfume discovery);
Be a perfect sales support for our experts;
Assist the team with stock management and restocking;
Participate in the setup of creations (merchandising, highlighting new products);
Adapt and respect the directives of our expert team as well as the Point of Sale guidelines, punctuality, cleanliness, order, know-how, grooming.
Profile
Excellent presentation and sense of customer service;
Passionate about the brand, beauty, and luxury cosmetics sales;
Good interpersonal skills, being communicative and able to adapt to a very demanding clientele;
Dynamic, rigorous, and eager to learn to excel in a perfect knowledge of the brand and its history;
Good command of English and other languages appreciated.
Employment Conditions
An internship agreement is mandatory for this position and must meet the following conditions:
The internship must be part of your study program;
The internship must be mandatory for obtaining your diploma;
The internship must be validated by the awarding of university credits.
