Your main duties will be as follows:
- At hiring and/or during employment, provide information and advice to employees on health matters, through personalised individual and/or collective actions;Â
- Participate in the care of employees on long-term absence in collaboration with identified partners, notably reintegration professionals.
- Ensure prevention and intervention in occupational health in collaboration with other occupational health and safety specialists;Â
- Initiate prevention actions related to risk factors affecting health at the workplace (vaccination, ergonomics, etc.);Â
- Conduct medical-technical examinations (audiometry, spirometry, etc.);Â
- Participate in the care of pregnant workers;Â
- Organise vaccination campaigns related to occupational risks in collaboration with the referring doctor.
- Develop intervention strategies according to identified needs in partnership with the concerned companies and any available occupational health and safety actors (safety officer, CorSST, etc.);Â
- Participate in the implementation of defined intervention strategies and deliver identified targeted actions.
Your assets:
- Holder of a Bachelor in Nursing or an equivalent recognised qualification;Â
- A CAS in Occupational Health and Safety or confirmed experience in the field is an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in nursing;Â
- Good knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of Medtra is a plus;Â
- Good command of French, both written and spoken, is required, as well as good knowledge of English; another language is an asset.
- Ability to work autonomously and interprofessionally;Â
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and flexibility;Â
- Good communication skills;Â
- Geographical mobility required as well as a driving licence.
