Roofing Team Leader / Construction Team Leader

Here is what you will do
- Independent supervision and execution of various roofing tasks (e.g. creating sub-roofs/thermal insulation/vapour barriers, laying covering materials, installing ventilated façades etc.) – we operate in new construction, conversion and renovation
- Cost-conscious management and coordination of construction sites in technical and personnel matters in consultation with the project teams
- Leading and motivating a group on site at the construction site
- Quality control and assurance, compliance with specifications and SIA standards
- Support in apprentice training
These are your skills and strengths
- Training as a roofer with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
- Relevant further training in team leadership/project management Polybau or similar further training or corresponding experience
- Independence, commitment and sense of responsibility
- A team-oriented, likeable and motivated personality
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact
- Driving licence category B
