During the onboarding process, you will learn everything you need to perform the job. Previous experience in sales is not necessary. A career change from other professions is therefore possible.
Your career path:
You will be trained personally by our managing director and accompanied 1 on 1
In a few months, we will teach you how to conduct conversations with potential clients
We have a solid structure that will successfully train you in your role
Your tasks:
Telephone acquisition of potential new clients (leads will be provided by us)
Conducting free initial conversations for needs analysis
Telephone contact with existing contacts in the system
Planning as well as preparing and following up on appointments for our strategy consultants
Occasional visits to trade fairs, seminars, and similar events for new client acquisition
