Your main area of responsibility includes
- Expert advice and sales of the entire range of machines, tools and fasteners and occupational safety as well as assembling and preparing goods
- Acceptance and recording of repairs
- Processing of offers, orders and complaints
- Design, presentation and maintenance of the range as well as submitting optimization proposals
- Technical clarification, communication with customers and ensuring the interface to the workshop
- Participation in internal and external training
- Assistance in maintaining and checking article and price data as well as working on projects
Your profile
- You have completed training in retail, as a carpenter/joiner or in a technical or electromechanical field. Preferably, you have commercial experience
- You have a good technical understanding and experience in handling machines and tools
- Confident handling of IT systems and preferably first sales experience complete your profile
- As a team-oriented personality, you also stand out through your customer-oriented approach and strong communication skills
- You work independently, are solution-oriented and remain resilient under pressure. You keep an overview even in demanding situations
- You think in a networked way and your approach is characterized by reliability and a sense of responsibility
