MPE Internship for Commercial Employee (1 year) in the HRIS Sector

Obtaining the professional maturity combined with a federal certificate of capacity (CFC) requires 3 years of school to acquire theoretical knowledge and general culture and is completed by one year of internship in a company to develop practical knowledge. During one year in the company, the intern must attend inter-company courses (4 days), complete a skills assessment of the CIE and two work and learning situations. At the end of the internship, final exams (oral and written) will take place to validate the CFC and the maturity.

The practical internship takes place at CIMO in Monthey, within the HRD department – under the responsibility of the HRIS sector.

After obtaining the federal certificate of capacity CFC, the professional can choose from a wide range of fields, such as banking, insurance, fiduciary, social service, public and private administration.

After obtaining the commercial professional maturity, the graduate has the possibility to continue their education to obtain a degree from the School of Management or a federal master's degree.
